Disney Premier Access (ディズニー・プレミアアクセス) is similar to the Universal Studios Japan Express Pass. You pay a premium to cut down the waiting time to board a ride or to enjoy a parade/show at a specific time. The service is recommended for attractions with long queues or those you don’t want to miss!

About Tokyo Disney Premier Access
Although the Disney Premier Access costs extra, the service sells out quickly, especially for the popular parades/shows, as everyone wants to see the parade without their view being blocked! Thus, if you want to get Disney Premier Access for both parades and rides, secure the parades first, then the rides.
Important:
☛ Please be on time. Your Disney Premier Access is forfeited if you are late.
☛ The rules for getting your next Disney Premier Access are the same as those for the Priority Pass, except the time limit is 60 minutes.
☛ You will not be able to cancel your Disney Premier Access once the transaction is completed.
